Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Optima Academy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Use of the platform
Optima Academy is a sales training platform for professional use. You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI systems, or share your account credentials with others.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Free trial
New users may access a 7-day free trial. One free trial per person. No credit card is required to start. We reserve the right to end trial access at any time.
Intellectual property
All course content, AI systems, and platform design are the intellectual property of Optima Academy. Your session transcripts and call recordings remain your property.
Limitation of liability
Optima Academy provides training tools and is not responsible for any business outcomes, sales results, or decisions made based on platform feedback.
