We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address), payment information processed securely through Stripe, and usage data including roleplay session transcripts and call analysis results associated with your account.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve the Optima Academy platform, process payments, send service-related communications, and generate your performance analytics and scorecard history.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Authentication is handled by Clerk. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@theoptimaacademy.com.
