Optima Academy was founded by two people with long-standing careers in sales and a shared passion for educating and leading others to success in business.

We both spent years in sales — closing deals, building teams, and learning what actually separates top performers from the rest. It wasn't the scripts. It was the reps who had practised so many times that objections became opportunities.

We've both taught as college professors, which gave us a deep appreciation for how people actually learn. Lectures don't build skill. Deliberate practice does.
